Marketing Technology Specialist
Status: Full-time  |  Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Level Up Companies, an SMB Accelerator in Austin, seeks a Marketing Technology Specialist adept in CRM-integrated marketing, primarily using HubSpot. Our mission is to drive lead flow for critical products and solutions offered by Noble Capital and its portfolio of companies, enhancing investor and customer experiences with our brands.
Role:
You’ll leverage HubSpot to craft and execute strategies that boost lead generation and foster a robust customer journey. Your analytical acumen will guide data-driven decisions, optimize our marketing campaigns, and contribute to our vision of empowering founders and delivering value to investors.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HubSpot campaigns driving lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Analyze and manage marketing data to extract actionable insights, shaping future strategies and driving personalization and automation.
  • Collaborate across functions to align marketing tech efforts with business goals.
  • Educate and support teams on CRM and marketing automation best practices.
  • Employ WordPress, social media channels, and event/webinar marketing to amplify our brand reach and lead flow opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in digital marketing or marketing automation, focusing on CRM integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot with a firm grasp of lead acquisition and nurturing via marketing automation.
  • Skills in WordPress, social media, event/webinar marketing, Adobe Creative Suite, and SEMrush are highly valued.
